Subscription and usage policy

Before payment

Paid Rafah plans are premium services with no free trial for the paid service. Price, billing cycle, renewal behavior and included usage must be shown before payment.

Cancellation and billing problems

Cancellation stops future renewals only and does not create a prorated refund for the current cycle. After activation or paid use begins, there is no voluntary refund of the current cycle’s fee, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. Rafah does not offer discretionary refunds for a change of mind. Verified billing or service failures are addressed through appropriate correction or compensation, which may include correcting a duplicate or incorrect charge, restoring usage, extending access or service credit. Mandatory legal refund obligations prevail.

Monthly included usage

Included usage applies only to the current billing cycle and resets each new cycle. Unused usage does not roll over, has no cash value, and is non-transferable and non-refundable. It is a subscription benefit, not a stored-value wallet. Any separately purchased prepaid credits introduced in the future require their own validity, expiry and refund terms.
