Rafah collects your answers and assessment results to provide a preventive wellbeing assessment and personalize relevant features. This information may be sensitive. All questions in this assessment are required; select an available “prefer not to answer” option where offered if appropriate. Where consent is required, we ask for your explicit consent before processing. Assessment consent does not authorize research, model training or sharing a session with a reviewer. This assessment is not a clinical diagnosis.
